To fulfill these needs even fast-food restaurants have included a fruit snake in their menu. It compensates for the unhealthy food they are providing. The lower fiber diet can cause number of problems to you, which may include:

1. Problems With The digestive System:
These foods cause many problems to the digestive system. Substances going in the stomach are not digested because of the low amount of fiber present inside the body. Getting rid of waste materials also becomes a problem.

2. Constipation and Diarrhea:
These are some of the minor diseases which are caused when your body does not get the required amount of fiber. These diseases can be cured by increasing the intake amount of fiber. For achieving this you will have to increase the amount of high fiber foods in your meals.

3. Stomach Cancers:
Stomach cancer is a major disease which is caused by lower fiber foods. These cancers are incurable. So you must shift your meal from lower fibers to higher ones.
