Fruit are also available as dry fruits which are effective as well.

Vegetables must also be included in your menu. Green vegetables are the most affective ones in fiber foods. These can also be taken as snacks. Incorporate them with other things and enjoy the nutritious value and taste. These foods are easily prepared and you can get the most out of them in limited time.
